We ship world wide via Registered POS Malaysia (a tacking number will be provided). Please refer to below for rates and expected delivery time for relevant destinations.


Rates:
Peninsular & East Malaysia: Flat rate via DHL e-commerce RM10.
3-5 working days processing time.

South East Asia/Asia via Registered POS Malaysia flat rate RM60:

Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, India, Laos, Macao, Maldives, Myanmar (Burma), Nepal, Pakistan, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan : 3-4 weeks

Rest of the World: Registered POS Malaysia flat rate RM120:
(e.g. USA/Europe/Middle East/Africa): 3-4 weeks

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our product, please email us (hello@suria-artisanbatik.com) pictures of the defect explaining the reason why you are not happy with the fabric. If the item is in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if delivered back within:

a) 5 days from arrival of package for local delivery (within Malaysia)

b) 14 days from arrival for overseas delivery
