Refund policy

Our handcrafted products are painstakingly made to the highest standards. Motifs that may appear as defects are a natural part of hand-made. However, if we delivered the wrong item or incorrect size, we will be more than happy to accept returns and offer a full refund/exchange as long as the item is received in its original condition within 14 working days. Thank you for understanding.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our product, please email us (suriaartisanbatik@gmail.com) pictures of the defect explaining the reason why you are not happy with the fabric. If the item is in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if delivered back within:

a) 5 days from arrival of package for local delivery (within Malaysia)

b) 14 days from arrival for overseas delivery

*We will not be responsible for return postage fees.
