We ship world wide via Registered POS Malaysia where we shall provide a tracking number. Please refer to below for rates and expected delivery time for relevant destinations.
Rates:
Peninsular & East Malaysia: Flat rate POS Malaysia (registered) RM10. 3-5 working days processing time.
South East Asia via Registered POS Malaysia flat rate RM60:
Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, India, Laos, Macao, Maldives, Myanmar (Burma), Nepal, Pakistan, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan : 4 -10 days
Rest of the World: Registered POS Malaysia flat rate RM120:
(e.g. USA/Europe/Middle East/Africa): 5 - 11 days

Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our product, please email us (hello@suria-artisanbatik.com) pictures of the defect explaining the reason why you are not happy with the fabric. If the item is in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if delivered back within:
a)Â 5 days from arrival of package for local delivery (within Malaysia)
b)Â 14 days from arrival for overseas delivery
*We will not be responsible for return postage fees.
